To Marinate /chicken:
Boneless chicken cubes-1 lb
corn flour-3 tbsp
All Purpose flour/maida -2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
chili powder-1 tsp
soy sauce-1 tsp
For Sauce:
Chopped ginger-1 tsp
Chopped garlic-1tsp
soy sauce-1 tbsp
chilli sauce-1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
onion-1/2 cubed
capsicum-1/2 cubed
soy sauce-1 tbsp
chilli sauce-1 tbsp

Green chilli-1 finely chopped
corrn flour-1tbsp
water-1/2 cup
spring onion -Finely chopped

Method
- Take a bowl,add all purpose flour,corn flour,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,required salt and sprinkle some water to form a thick batter.
- Add chicken and let it rest for 15 to 20 min .
- Fry the chicken in hot oil.
- In a pan,add oil and then chopped ginger and garlic.
- Add onion ,capsicum and green chilies and saute for few minutes.
- Add chilli sauce,soy sauce and tomato ketchup.Saute for few minutes.
- Mix Corn flour in water and add to it and allow to boil and let it reduce for few minutes
- Once it thickens ,add the fried chicken.
- Finally Garnish it with Chopped Spring onions.
- Yummy Chicken manchurian is ready.
